3/04- Dave and Romeo joined us for an afternoon tour at Tathra Beach! Eager to catch his first fish, Romeo eagerly awaited a bite and before we knew it his rod was bending with a nice Salmon! How stoked to be apart of this!!!!
Afternoon crept on with a slow progressive bite that kept Dave on his toes landing a nice 4-5 Salmon which kept getting bigger till the rod buckled and the spool screamed off to find Dave with his biggest ever fish with a 62cm Salmon which also had a nice shark bite out of it!
few more that spat the hooks saw an awesome afternoon out with a nice bag for dinner!!

Our camping neighbour's fished just down the beach from us and I gave them some real McCoy rigs to trial and managed to hook two Bronzies on the blue popper and the other took the Gangs with full pilchard!

Thanks so much for the day pete and your friendly and generous service! Adapting to our needs and “guaranteeing” Romeo’s first fish:) he will remember this day for sure as will his dad!! Thanks heaps for the rigs…the blue popper works a treat! Can’t wait to try them back home!
