Tathra fished very well over Summer with some stonker salmon from the smallest gutters. The run of good weather allowed lots of first timers to join us and get hooked on the Beach Fishing Craze.
Big highlight was a 85cm Mulloway which some young kids helped managed to land to their suprise. A few big Eagle Rays also kept the rods busy and some sore arms.
Salmon run continues to be in good numbers and I encourage everyone to get out and down the beach for a Lure flick or throw some baits out and see what comes along.
Green Surf Popper Rig was the standout with squid on a Gang Hook for the Mulloway.
