The team headed up to Seapray for the day to test out some new colours in our Surf Popper Rigs. It took us a while to find a deep gutter north of Seaspray but once we did we were very happy with conditions and an outgoing tide.
Using our new Light Blue & Black Surf Popper Rigs and a bag of pilchards, it wasnt long before one of the rods screamed off.
A few nice smaller snapper agressivly attacking the surf poppers followed by an absolute stonker of a Snapper coming in at 60cm after taking the full pilchard on the Gang Hooks.
After a while the Tailor showed up rounding out a beautiful bag of fish for dinner!
